Terms of sale

Orders

An order placed on this website or on WhatsApp is a request. It becomes binding once we confirm availability, price, delivery and payment with you by WhatsApp or email.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs, where they apply, are confirmed with your order.

Payment

Shipments are paid in advance, as agreed in our confirmation. In Marbella you may pay on delivery or at pickup.

Delivery

We deliver chilled. Please check your parcel on receipt and tell us about any problem within 24 hours, with photos.

Perishable goods

Caviar and seafood spoil quickly. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(d)) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. If a product arrives damaged or not as ordered, we will replace it or refund it.

Storage

Keep at 0⁠–⁠4 °C. Once opened, consume within 3 days.

Law

Dutch law applies. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
