The house

Maison Royal Sea is a Dutch caviar house with its seat in The Hague. We work with a small number of licensed sturgeon farms and select every batch ourselves, for grain, colour and taste.

Our name honours the sea and the tradition of Dutch merchants who carried the finest goods across Europe. Today we bring Imperial Beluga and Imperial Osetra to tables in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and the United Kingdom.

In Marbella, our sister house The Oysters Club delivers fresh French oysters, caviar and grower champagne — and opens the oysters at your villa.
